Below is a press release from the AFL Fans Association on this year’s AFL ticketing system, which retains some of the worst elements of variable pricing and makes some tickets even more expensive than last year, despite hefty increases in 2014. With clubs setting their own prices, fans will pay up to $95 to attend home and away games.
Some clubs are offering cheaper prices and deals, but the bottom line is if fans want good seats at good games they will still be paying big dollars.
